KL ENVIRONMENTAL INC.
About Us
KL Environmental is an environmental construction management and services company. The companies concept wasborn from the combined experiences of its founders balancing deep environmental sciences with practical construction solutions that meet the industry standard and regulatory requirements all while protecting the land. Together, these perspectives bridge the gap between construction and environmental compliance, creating a company that specializes in the construction phase of capital projects while ensuring the highest level of environmental responsibility.

Our Founders
Brennan Krantz
Brennan Krantz brought nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in the natural resource sector, conducting environmental inspection work for owners, contractors, and pipeline operators across western Canada. He had extensive experience in wildlife monitoring, operating UTV’s, and running large field crews.
His boots-on-the-ground expertise gave him invaluable insight into the challenges and realities of large-scale construction projects but a strong edge in finding real world, construction forward solutions.
Ian Levitt
Ian Levitt, with 15 years of experience in environmental consulting and professional designations in biology and agrology, helped clients design, manage, and secure permits and Environmental Assessment certificates for complex capital infrastructure projects. His background in strategic planning and compliance brought a technical and regulatory understanding to environmental project management with a level of deep science necessary to achieve his clients goals.
The two met while working on a large pipeline project in western Canada. It became clear that their combined knowledge provided a unique perspective: there was a gap in the market for a company that could integrate environmental expertise directly into the construction phase of projects to find scientifically robust construction forward solutions.
